How To Remove Plaque & Tartar From Your Teeth Naturally

Plaque is a mass of sticky, soft film of bacteria that grows on surfaces within the mouth. At first it is colorless, but then it forms into tarter and becomes brown or pale yellow. It builds up on the teeth, dental fillings, gums, tongue, dentures and crowns.

It creates a breeding ground for bacteria that feed on sugars from the food you eat. Progression and build-up of dental plaque can give rise to tooth decay. Bacteria also produce toxins causing various periodontal (gum) problems. Hence it is important to disrupt the mass of bacteria and remove it.

Bacteria, due to the onset of accumulated dental plaque, and its infectious nature, can spread within the human body, through the circulatory and respiratory system, contributing to various diseases and conditions. Conditions and diseases can include:

• Atheromas
• Cardiovascular disease
• Respiratory disease
• Periodontal disease
• Diabetes mellitus

Several factors contribute to plaque buildup, such as improper oral hygiene, bad brushing technique, poor food choices, heredity and lack of professional care. Tartar can be removed by a professional. However, instead of the time-consuming and expensive treatments, I'm going to show you an all-natural and simple way that will remove the tartar from your teeth at home in just a short time.

Here’s what you need to do:

Ingredients:

• Water
• Hydrogen peroxide
• Pearl Powder
• A bottle of antiseptic mouthwash
• Dental pick
• Toothbrush

Instructions:

Put 1/4 tsp pearl powder on a wet toothbrush, and brush each tooth to the count of 5, then spit it out. (Use a Braums electric toothbrush if possible, with soft bristles for best results).

Next, mix 1/2 cup hydrogen peroxide and 1/2 cup water in a glass. Swish around in your mouth for a minute, then spit it out. Rinse your mouth then use a dental pick to remove the tartar. Be gentle so you don't hurt your gums. Finally, rinse your mouth with an antiseptic mouthwash and repeat the process every day for about a week for best results.

In order to prevent tartar build up on your teeth, brush and floss twice a day. If you have a problem with bad breath, rub some orange peel on your teeth to eliminate bacteria. Consuming spicy food will stimulate the production of saliva and naturally clean your mouth.
