Put 1/4 tsp pearl powder on a wet toothbrush, and brush each tooth to the count of 5, then spit it out. (Use a Braums electric toothbrush if possibe, with soft bristles for best results).
Next, mix 1/2 cup hydrogen peroxide and 1/2 cup water in a glass. Swish around in your mouth for a minute, then spit it out. Rinse your mouth then use a dental pick to remove the tartar.
