The Most Effective Ways To Treat & Prevern Osteoporosis

The Most Effective Ways To Treat & Prevent Osteoporosis

"Osteoporosis, which means "porous bones," causes bones to become weak and brittle, so brittle that even mild stresses like bending over, lifting a vacuum cleaner or coughing can cause a fracture. In most cases, bones weaken when you have low levels of calcium, phosphorus and other minerals in your bones. A common result of osteoporosis is fractures - most of them in the spine, hip or wrist. Although it's often thought of as a women's disease, osteoporosis also affects many men. And aside from people who have osteoporosis, many more have low bone density" by Mayo Clinic Staff.

Did you know osteoporosis causes someone to fracture a bone every 3 seconds? Unfortunately, millions of people feel the effects of "the silent epidemic" after it's too late.

But Age Defying Pearl Powder™ is changing all that. This marine product not only stops bone loss, but increases your bone density as well. Works at any age, with any family history, and any previous fractures. Your bone density will increase immeasurably WITHIN 6 MONTHS of taking this natural bone builder.

The reason we age is that our cells are no longer able to regenerate themselves. Thanks to the wear and tear of the years, they incur permanent damage that affects their ability to function, and ultimately causes death. Pearl Powder stimulates skin cell regeneration which help you grow better bones and make your existing bones stronger.

And aside from people who have osteoporosis, many more have low bone density.

In Mayan ruins, archaeologists discovered more than 2,000 years old human teeth with a pearl filling, which grew and fused together with their own teeth to form a sound and seamless cavity-free tooth structure!

French scientists have unraveled the wisdom of Mayans. Their research studies show that pearl is not only completely compatible with our human bone, it can also stimulate new bone growth and make existing bone stronger. This makes pearl an ideal tooth filler, bone builder and bone substitute.

According to the California Medical Association Foundation, osteoporosisis a major health threat for an estimated 44 million Americans. Both men and women are at risk, and it is a hidden, but significant contributing cause of death in our older population. Research from all over the world, both inviro and invitro, reveals that taking pearl internally may well prevent porous bone problem. French scientists find that pearl can stimulate new bone formation, activate osteogenicbone marrow cells, and increase bone mineralization.

Calcium Bioavailability of Nanonized Pearl Powder for Adults
Article in Journal of Food Science 73(9):H246-51 December 2008

A Scientific study aimed to evaluate the calcium bioavailability of pearl powder for humans.

This is what they found:

Both the nanonized pearl powder (NPP) and the micronized pearl powder (MPP) prepared by a dry grinder were tested. A group of healthy adults free from hyperthyroidism, hypercalcemia, and hypocalcemia were recruited as the subjects for oral administration with the pearl powder. The bioavailability was evaluated by the serum total calcium increment, the serum intact parathyroid hormone (iPTH) reduction, and the urine calcium/creatinine ratio increment in 6 h after administration. The results show better absorption and retention of calcium from NPP, as reflected with the shorter time elapsed before the maximum concentration of calcium appeared in the serum, higher iPTH reduction, more calcium absorption, and higher maximum calcium concentration (C(max)) in serum after ingestion, than that from MPP. We conclude that pearl powder is a beneficial source of calcium for adults and that nanonization improves its calcium bioavailability.

Furthermore, French scientists have shown that pearl can reduce the rate of bone resorption. Chinese scientists also showed that calcium from pearl is more easily absorbed to human body than the commonly used calcium source. Chinese scientists found that when taking pearl powder people experienced significantly higher bone calcium content, higher bone mineral density, and higher total bone weight in comparison to those who did not. This research by scientists from across the globe indicates that pearl is one of the most effective way to prevent osteoporosis.

The US FDA has approved this supplement as 100% safe. Pearl Powder™ helps increase and improve bone mineral density. Bone loss CAN be reversed.

When It Comes To Hip Fractures, Prevention Is The Best Cure

Older people often worry about breaking bones, particularly their hips. The estimated lifetime risk of developing a hip fracture is 17 percent for women and six percent for men. It’s a common problem among senior citizens in the USA.

The chance of fracturing a hip goes up with age. A simple fall from the standing position is the type of fall that causes hip fractures 90 percent of the time.

Other Treatments For Osteoporosis

Of course we cannot just take Pearl Powder and sit on your laurels, and do nothing for our health. We must eat nutritional foods and exercise if we want to prevent osteoperosis and bone loss. A healthy diet of vegetables, fruits, and lean protein provides necessary nutrients, especially calcium. Staying active helps with flexibility, which can reduce the likelihood of suffering a fall. Muscle strength and increased coordination and help prevent injuries to individuals with osteoporosis.

Eating a diet that has adequate calcium and vitamin D can be beneficial in preventing osteoporosis. Collagen is a protein that enables flexibility; and also a mineral that provides a strong, solid foundation. Additional calcium can be obtained by drinking more milk and eating more yogurt or cottage cheese, and calcium-fortified foods, such as orange juice.

There is approximately 300 mg of calcium in an 8-ounce glass of milk.
There is approximately 450 mg of calcium in 8 ounces of plain yogurt.
There is approximately 130 mg of calcium in 1 cup of cottage cheese.
There is approximately 200 mg of calcium in 1 ounce of cheddar cheese.
There is approximately 90 mg of calcium in ˝ cup of vanilla ice cream.
There is approximately 300 mg of calcium in 8 ounces of calcium-fortified orange juice.

Exercise, Curtailing Alcohol, and Moderation In Caffeine

Exercise has a wide variety of beneficial health effects. Exercise can reduce your risk of falls and your risk of osteoporosis. Healthy bones result from activity, so you should follow a regular exercise routine. The improved balance and muscle tone you experience from exercise makes falls less likely.

However, exercise does not bring about substantial increases in bone density. The benefit of exercise for osteoporosis has mostly to do with decreasing the risk of falls, probably because balance is improved and/or muscle strength is increased. Research has not yet determined what type of exercise is best for osteoporosis or for how long it should be continued. Until research has answered these questions, most doctors recommend weight-bearing exercise, such as walking, preferably daily for optimal health.

A word of caution about exercise: It is important to avoid exercises that can injure already weakened bones. Extreme levels of exercise (such as marathon running) may not be healthy for the bones. Marathon running in young women that leads to weight loss and loss of menstrual periods can actually promote osteoporosis.

Research regards alcohol and caffeine as risk factors for osteoporosis. Certainly, their effects are not as great as other factors. Nevertheless, moderation of both alcohol and caffeine is prudent.

Be Picky About Protein

Focus on high-quality food-based sources of protein, such as wild-caught salmon, antibiotic-free chicken, grass-fed beef, pasture-raised eggs, and nuts. While cow’s milk is an excellent source of vitamin D, calcium, and protein, other high protein foods should be included in the diet.

It's never too late - or too early - to do something about osteoporosis or bone loss. Take care of yourself - I wish you good health as you age.
